Ok, so I have been sick and on medication, but I have not gone off plan at all. I am hoping this is just the medicine.
I have also not done any exercise since grading. I will still take it easy this week-end but from Monday, back on track with training as well.
I will NOT allow this result to dishearten or derail me.
