Drank a 30g protein shake for lunch today. Did T25 exercise for abs today. However, I ate an entire 14 oz container of Haagen Daz ice cream instead of dinner. Stayed under my calorie goal...but not good for the blood sugar.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

At least it was good ice cream! I used to have a good amount of protein like chicken with or before I ate lots of sweets, and that seemed to keep blood sugar from spiking and crashing. Also used to stock more ice cream than I could possibly eat in a weekend , as well as "healthful" options. Ended up with stale ice cream. Who can say what works best at any given time?
