I was very surprised that I didn't increase in weight since I chowed down on carbs yesterday. I suppose I did have a lot of chicken and beef to go along with them though. I'm feeling a little off today, but I think it's because of allergies. I'm hoping it's not a reaction to eating carbs. That would make me sad.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
