127.3. Allergies kicked last Wednesday and were fierce this weekend. Ate bad in Wabash Saturday with no exercise because of allergies. Sunday got in a 4 mile run in Wabasha and ate ok. Today's run wasn't bad but P90x chest shoulders and Triceps workout could have been better. Maybe I'll do it harder today.
124.9 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
