Holding my own. All it takes is, well, you don't want to know. If you can eat great foods like real noodles, peaches, cherries, rum, well, enjoy it. You may get old and wrecked before you're done and at least you can say, "I sure did enjoy tastes and foods, while it lasted."
149.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

The problem is that if you eat too much of these great foods, you stop enjoying them. Taste buds cannot reach the full taste scope if one is eating too fast or too much :/
