Okay, so I've seriously fallen off the wagon over the past two weeks. I've been what I call "reward" or "vactaion" eating much too often, and not exercising enough to warrant that eating.
Additionally, I started a new birth control pill {as my old one isn't allowed in this state?!}, so I think this might be contributing to the weight gain as well.
Either way, I need to get back into the gym more often {I've only been twice in the last week since I began my membership}, and eat more wisely.
I only have three weeks until our visitors start coming to town, and I'd like to be close or have reached my healthy weight by that time. The pressure is on, but I know I can succeed!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
