Slow but at least it's a lose and that's what matters. Fat % is down 0.5%, muscle down 0.1% (??? doing something wrong there??), and water up 0.4%
142.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not sure where you're getting your numbers from and their accuracy, but my doctor WARNED me HARSHLY before starting SB: "You MUST build muscle, use hand weights, actually body build with weights because as your losing weight you will lose muscle and bone if you do not. Take a calcium supplement and get hand weights and build that muscle, it is crucial." Those were her words and she is the one who told me about SB and has been following my progress. I love her and trust her totally. Hang in there, you'll get it figured out. Have you been keeping a food journal? I'll check now. Hang in there though, you'll get it all figured out!

Well, I have been doing weight training at the gym 3 days a week, plus cardio, plus pilates classes 3 times a week...so I'm definitely attempting to build muscle. I think I'm not consuming enough protien...my food journal is on the other website...www.sparkpeople.com, diet is very balanced with lots of whole grains, fruits, veg, and protien...but I think I need to increase the protien. Thanks for the advice and the concern. I think I just worked out too much last week without eating enough meat/beans etc to facilitate muscle building. My numbers are off of my new scale, maybe not 100% accurate, but I think it's helpful to show changes.
