1445 kcal Fat: 38.37g | Prot: 61.34g | Carb: 229.84g.   Breakfast: strawberry, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal, Almond breeze vanilla. Lunch: starkist tuna, Kraft Mayo with olive oil and pepper,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Athenos Roasted red pepper hummus, baby cut carrots, 50/50 mix. Dinner: market pantry wheat bread, Trader Joe's spinach tortellini, Classico tomato and basil. Snacks/Other: gala apple, Royal Dark Chocolate, raw almonds. more...
