WEIGHT 164, BMI 25.7%, BODY FAT 21.2%, MUSCLE 37%, WATER 60.7%, BONE 3.9%. NEW START TO A NEW WEEK AND BACK TO WHERE I WAS ALMOST BEFORE THIS JOURNEY STARTED. I AM GOING TO COUNT THIS AS DAY ONE ALL OVER AGAIN AND GET TO WHERE I NEED TO BE. LOWER CHOLESTEROL = LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE = HEALTHY AND HAPPY.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
