ran 10 miles this morning with ben, amir, and braun. felt awesome!! harriet, calhoun, ilses. longest run of my life. healthy eating is easier, more creativity is needed but fun.
209.3 lb Lost so far: 42.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
