Today is the day I hit a healthy weight for the first time since I was a toddler! I'm HEALTHY! Wooooo! This has been a huge thing and a small thing at the same time. Huge becasue I can finally be a healthy teenager (well, at least until I turn 20 in a few months...), small because it doesn't magically turn me into a new, confident person. That plus the fact that I'm not done. I'm not at my dream goal yet. I've only hit my healthy goal. That takes something off my chest in its own right, but I'm still striving for more. And becasue I've worked hard and gotten down to this point, I know I can do it :D

My dream goal is to be between 120 and 125, right in the middle of my healty range. So I still have about 15 pounds to go. More work to do, haha.

This week was very good when it came to exercise and food. Moving down to 1400 has been good for me, but sometimes it feels somewhat restrictive since I can't eat the cakes or other desserts that the cafeteria has without pushing myself over the calorie limit for the day. This week I'd like to manage sweets in a way where I will still be satisfied and not feel deprived.

Weight wise, my goal continues to be getting to 130 by the end of the Semester and exams. We'll see how easy or hard this week will be (since I lost so much over the past week becasue of many things). I have dental surgery this week too, so that is going to impact my diet. I will be eating all soft foods. You'll probably hear me rant about it next week, lol.
