I am happy and grateful to see 2 pounds gone this week--I have to work hard so that it continues. My goal is in 2 weeks & a day when we leave for the beach, I will have lost 4 more--that's a lot for me as I know how slowly I lose and how much exercise I ordinarily do in a day. But I am keeping the faith--I was 128 for a year--want to get to 122, but I am shooting for 128 by the beach.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
