1529 kcal Fat: 28.69g | Prot: 87.16g | Carb: 252.11g.   Breakfast: Almond breeze vanilla, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal, strawberry. Lunch: 50/50 mix, Boca burger all-american, baby cut carrots, Franz Thin Sandwiches Whole Wheat, Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, shredded mozzarella hytop, Athenos Roasted red pepper hummus, Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Tillamook fat free sour cream, Pierogies, Hytop broccoli. Snacks/Other: zoi greek yogurt, Royal Dark Chocolate, cinnamon, Honey, Low Fat Apple Cinnamon Granola, banana. more...
