1701 kcal Fat: 65.61g | Prot: 100.82g | Carb: 191.13g.   Breakfast: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar dk, skim milk, banana, GNC 100% whey protein vanilla. Lunch: 12 grain light bread, light miracle whip, flavorite kosher pickel chips, chocolate covered raisins, multigrain scoops, egg. Dinner: kiwi, skim milk, Noodles and Peas, johnsonville stadium brat. Snacks/Other: twizzlers bites, 2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Peach. more...
