1310 kcal Fat: 24.43g | Prot: 59.85g | Carb: 221.46g.   Breakfast: bio corner strawberry yoghurt, Pears, bran flakes, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: apple, onion, spaghetti, turkey mince, tomatoes, mushrooms, sweetcorn, kidney beans, baked beans, peppers. Dinner: baked beans, asda smart price cottage cheese, baked potatoe. more...
