Holding at 157 ish yeh ate Atkins almonds chocolate covered plus an Atkins bar along with my low carb foods I made like I was worried I'd gain weight eating the Atkins snacks but so far so good ... I seem to be overly tired lately not sure if it's this diet or my 3 dogs not letting me sleep
157.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
