My husband, an AVID MEAT EATER, watched What the Health on Netflix this past Tuesday and we've started plant based eating since Wednesday of this week. I already notice a difference in a few days. My desire to eat junk has diminished and if I do eat a late snack, it's fruit or a bowl of healthy cereal with almond milk. I do miss the chocolate in my mochas and they don't taste as good with soy/almond milk. Oh well!
