Drat! I guess gaining three pounds in twenty days isn't the end of the world, and I guess that skiing helped a lot. I'm back to my fruit smoothie in the morning, two hours at the gym, large salad, and healthy-ish dinner as of today. It's difficult with my father-in-law around though, he likes red wine as much as I do!
But seriously. I'm nearly back to where I started. I know I'll be able to lose it again, but I was [foolishly] hoping that I could simply pick up where I left off.
