Well, we weighed in yesterday for our Biggest Loser challenge! We now have 28 people participating. We decideed to have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner since the pot is so big. 1st place will get $400, 2nd place will get $200, and 3rd place will get $100. I'm really excited! I decided I am going to try and weigh in daily to help keep me motivated. :)
243.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Oh girl... the new clothes you could spend with that money!!! Man, that'd be motivation for me!! lol You can do it!!! I highly recommend journaling your food and upping your exercise as much as you can, even if it's only 10 mins a day to start, you'll see it in a week or two, and push that water! lol I'm so excited for you!! I hope to see you WIN!

congrats, keep up the good work, remember that each day you will weigh differntly due to water retension etc. It's recommened that you weigh yourself in the AM before eating/drinking anything.

I weigh in the a.m. as I wake AND in the p.m. to see how much sodium, water-weight etc... I am carrying from the day. From doing that it taught me what effects me the most, like pork and high sodium and too much meat in one day. It also lets me know when Ive had a high "weight day" to watch it the next day, before it gets too much of a let-down or surprise on the scale. You're doing so good here! I'll be pulling for you for that contest, how sweet! Go get 'em!
