Hello it's been a struggle this last month I've been in and out of the hospital, got my goulbldder taken out last friday,so lost all the weight that I gained in the hospital plus 2 lbs. yay.

210.0 lb
Lost so far: 14.0 lb.
Still to go: 46.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
