I'm on the tea cleanse and I am committed. 5 cups of tea a day + a tea smoothie. Did 2 days--had wine both days but I think I can do better. I had no starch of any kind, fruits, veggies, protein and a little greek yogurt and some cheese with lunch.
Weight is not falling off, but I had actually gone up to 135.5 and lost those 2--my scale can be unreliable, which is annoying but I am going to continue to weigh daily and do all I can to stay pumped. We are going to the beach 3 weeks early--so I've only 2.5 weeks to get off as quickly as possible. I'll keep posting.
