Thurs weighted 172.2 Thurs night Gingham's Pot roast, mashed potatoes, green beans. one small roll. Home dessert very small berry piece of pie.1/4 scoop of ice cream.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
