Kind of disappointed that the weight loss slowed down so dramatically. I did increase my food intake, a little, but hadn't let up on the exercise. It's alright though. The scale is only one small part of the story. The trust is my recovery rate has increased dramatically, my glutes feel stronger, my abs are becoming much tighter and my clothes fit a lot more loosely. I wish I would have worked a little harder on my arms, but overall, I'm quite pleased. So although we leave tonight for our 7-day Bahamian Cruise, I need to make sure to be as disciplined now as I was in the month leading up to this. I need to be wary of the buffets and the bars, and make sure to hit the everyday. Afterall, what was the point of doing all of this work if all it takes is one week to throw it all out the window? I won't let that happen.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
