Started new cardio exercise this week, Treadmill with 15 inclination, 4.2mph for 30 mins. Burn about 400 cal, follow with weight training for 30mins.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
