Ok so the scales went up this morning. I think its water weight - bloating etc... etc.. I am not worried. Today I am doing a fast day. I have just input in my planned meals and I have come up with 310 calories, which is great, as I have just under 200 calories to play with! I've got this!
205.5 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It seems you have changed the app- I can no longer find the reference section where I used to be able to look at how many calories for a specific food- or am I stupid- if so- please tell me how to find this section now??
