Stopped working out and gained at least 1 pound! Now need to find a balance between the two because I am feeling tired a lot. Will try to get motivated to start some weight training (boring to me😝)
107.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
