Delighted with weight lost this week. I have my granddaughters wedding this weekend and outfit fits perfectly. I only have 5kgs to target weight but may reassess when I get to 64kgs as don't want to look too thin and on keto the inches keep coming off.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 46.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
