Rough week last week. Lots of stress eating due to tens & elevens on the job. Cut back on a lot of the junk - smaller breakfasts and more liquids (it helps that they finally installed a water filtration system at work). Was able to drop almost all of that stress weight that I put on. Now I just need to keep going in the downward direction.
Plans for the future of commuting will have me back on the train most days, so I'll be walking again. Better for me and for the car :-)
