My workout yesterday was very good. I went to the gym and lifted weights for about 30 minutes then went to TKD class. Master Kevin was in class and he worked us pretty hard. It was so much fun. Plus, I felt like I ate very well minus the doritos and two beef sticks.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
