3/19/10 Nearing the end of week 1. Ketosticks small this morning. Switched to heavy cream-drinking less coffee. Odd that black coffee has 1 carb/8 oz. I'm tiring of losing the first 5 lbs again and again and again. Perhaps this challenge (1 lb/wk x 10 weeks) will move me off of that!
153.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Depending on what kind of coffee you drink. I make my from fresh grounds. The instant coffee has more than ground coffee, which does has trace. Hope you are finding your way in induction. If you ever need anything please don't hesitate to ask. There are so many wonderful people here that are more than happy to assist. You shouldnt ever have to lose and regain those 5 silly little lbs. If you follow induction and Atkins properly those will be gone along with any other you may want to lose. Best of luck.

Thanks for the encouragement k--I only need to stay on track and I agree, with Atkins I can lose what I need to do and maintain. If it is to be it's up to me :)
