I was hoping to get under 230 with this fast and guess what?! Yay! So to summarize my first real fasting experience, 81 hours, and 8#s.

It was a challenge but nothing​ more than I've faced in the past. After 24 hours​ the "hunger" level never changed. I wouldn't​ even call it a hunger, more along the lines just an empty stomach. My energy level was good throughout so long as I kept busy. In a busy kitchen it's not so hard, but playing with tasty food all day does bring it's own challenges. I didn't have much in the way of broth during, mostly soda water.

In examination I will fast again, maybe not three days, maybe five, maybe one, keep it mixed up and keto feast between, we will just have to see. It's fun being your own guinea pig.
229.8 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
