Slowly slowly wins the race. Took Big Boy Optimus' advice and added 5:2 to 16/8 diet. First 24 hour fast was rough but has been easier since then. Had the flu which hasn't been helpful - haven't been able to go to gym.

Fast days become easier the more you do them. Will power is a muscle which becomes stronger the more you use it. :)
