My weight bounces around quite a bit these days - up a couple or down a couple. If it goes up, I know that I haven't been eating enough fruit and vegetables so I have salad as my veg. for a couple of days. My weight goal of 125 was not realistic for my less active lifestyle now (I will have to have a knee replacement fairly soon). To get up to 125 I would want more muscle weight, not fat on my tummy weight. I am trying to gradually get more exercise in ways which don't aggravate my knee pain. So stationary bike, floor exercises, etc. will have to do for now as I find the treadmill not always a good idea.
114.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
