Still doing okay. Hope I get a lunch at work today. They fucked me on my scheduling. Anyway.... udon tomorrow! I hope anyway. I'll need to go on a good walk or something to prep for it. I don't work tomorrow... so that'll help.
I've decided how I want to reward myself for reaching my goals... at each ten pound increment that I manage to keep off for a month, I get a spoily treatment. First, pedicure, then manicure, then massage/spa day for hitting my final goal.
