IM GETTING SO AGRAVATED IM COUNTING CALORIES AND EXERCISING EVERYDAY AND LOSING NOTHING PLS WHAT AM I DOING WRONG !!!!!! DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO !!!!
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 March 2012:
1538 kcal Fat: 50.89g | Prot: 78.80g | Carb: 187.56g.   Breakfast: 2% FAT FREE MILK, truvia, Special K Original Cereal, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: taco salad. Dinner: knorr cajun sides red bean and rice, can corn, Baked Crab Cakes. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Rabbits, banana. more...

Hi, how long have you been in a weight loss stall? Are you eating too much fat or carbohydrate? Different people respond differently to restrictions in their diet. For me, low carbohydrate works best. For others, overall calories or low fat work best. I stalled for almost 2 weeks but my measurements decreased and clothes are much looser. Have you measured yourself?

are you writing everything down you eat? then i see a problem: you have a lack of veggies. eat more veggies. veggies are good :) and sometimes you eat a bit few calories...if you eat to less, you don't lose weight.

it also helps to change up your work out. Intervals are good... go fast for a minute(or 30 seconds to start)then slow for a minute. Best of luck! :o)

From what I see in your tracking you're doing a great job at excercise and keeping to your eating program. If you haven't been screened for hypothyroid, you might want to get that done. It sounds like a cop out, but I gained 50 pounds in 5 months without changing anything at all and that's what it turned out to be. Check it out if you haven't already. Now I'm working that 50 pounds off one day at a time! Keep doing what you're doing and maybe add some weights/resistance. Muscle displaces fat and I'm not talking about bulking up. Light weights with high reps will give you lean muscle. There are a lot of 15 to 20 minute workouts out there in dvd and on demand. Good luck!

THANKS EVERYONE , I JUST MEASURED I WILL RECHECK IN A COUPLE DAYS ,WENT AND GOT MORE VEGGIES AND FRUIT,AND STARTED WEIGHTS TO MY EXERCISE,THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYONES HELP I SURE NEED ALL I CAN GET!!!
