So I am sitting here after a rough morning wanting to eat and or sleep. I woke up all excited to weigh in and boom I was up, granted it was only .4 of a pound but still. I didnt workout hard yesterday but I did push kids all over the zoo. Guess I needed a better work out. I should be starting my T O M in the next day or so, so there will be 5lbs for that. Im not disappointment with my weight. Just having a crap day.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Response to Yogamama3'S: Hi, We all have our bad crappy days that feels like we've tried to do everything but it doesn't work. The surprising thing is that our weight tends to fluctuate up and down when we are losing weight. Everyone is different, and everyone will reach their goals sometime sooner than others sometimes later. Don't give up and you will see results maybe not today but another day, you will step onto that weight scale with a shock that spreads across your face. Lol, I mean a shock that will surprise you for the weight that you've lost. By the way, good luck and I hope all the best!

Thanks. I didnt mean to convey (if i did) that i was upset at my weight. I am not. I am not. Its been a crappy day as far as people and stuff goes. People just really annoyed me today and our adoption is so up and down its hard to deal with. Usually I wouldnt even weigh in daily but I said I would for my accountability partner so I am. Thanks for your kind words though.
