I know that weight fluctuates over the week and I usually only record Mondays but I feel great this morning and am happy to throw in this one lol🙄 Had a low carb high fat (all good fat that is 😁) and feel bloody marvellous today. I have been drinking Kefir (home made by my lovely partner) it's made with the fc milk, which I have been recording as milk drink and it's fitting my macros 👍etc. It's a probiotic, only real, not the stuff you buy in the shops. If anyone reads this I really advise you check it out online (just google it) I'm telling ya folks it's Marvellous stuff😁... Anyhow, brekky time then off to the gym (leg day)😲 Have a fun day ya all 😎
