smoked the 5 mile run yesterday, 45:34. cranked up the last mile to 8, 9 mph, most of the run was at 6.5 mph. felt awesome. picked up a few new clothes to fit after the 40 lbs i've lost!!!! also, fit into jeans from high school, they were tight (33s) 34s fit well some loose, some snug, 6 pairs of jeans don't fit anymore (38,36), 14 new/old pairs do mostly 34s. awesomeness. signed up for the trail mix 7.5 mile off road run on april 17th. marathon june 19th.
