1531 kcal Fat: 34.82g | Prot: 65.74g | Carb: 252.52g.   Breakfast: Almond breeze vanilla, strawberry, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal. Lunch: Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Kraft Mayo with olive oil and pepper, chicken of the sea tuna,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Sabra spinach and artichoke hummus, baby cut carrots, 50/50 mix. Dinner: Franz Thin Sandwiches Whole Wheat, Classico tomato and basil, whole wheat penne. Snacks/Other: Royal Dark Chocolate, raw almonds, gala apple. more...
