First break in the rainy weather in a week, so I came out of hibernation--though, really, I have kinda been hibernating for a week and a half. I did a shorter version of my normal walk/jog, because I hadn't eaten breakfast.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 March 2012:
1470 kcal Fat: 43.09g | Prot: 103.22g | Carb: 187.26g.   Breakfast: Fat Free Cottage Cheese. Lunch: Morningstar farms grillers original, Franz Thin Sandwiches Whole Wheat, Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, 50/50 mix, baby cut carrots, Sabra spinach and artichoke hummus. Dinner: cinnamon, Honey, shredded mozzarella hytop, banana, zoi nonfat plain, Egg, Healthy ones rotisserie chicken, orowheat. Snacks/Other: Royal Dark Chocolate, gala apple,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, 50/50 mix, Kraft Mayo with olive oil and pepper, Healthy ones rotisserie chicken, Sargento reduced fat provolone. more...

:) I find it hard to grasp the concept of going to work out on an empty stomach?! LOL. Every morning I eat before I go to the gym, and I am not sure if I am doing myself good or bad? But it seems to keep me on track for my whole day of eating. So maybe it is a good thing! Glad you got out! We still had a rainy day here in Iowa! Hopefully good starting Friday! Yay...I need some sunshine!
