Well, at least I knew yesterday's weight was inaccurate. I don't expect to be at 140 now by Wednesday. Hopefully I can at least by the end of this week.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
