Not great.

Next week is going to be challenging. We are in Durban for four days at SA's. Fast food will be the order of the day and all they serve at tournament is curry, and I wont even be able to have a decent breakfast because we will have to leave the hotel too early. We will have to eat whatever is open at five thirty in the morning. The petrol station shop...

I am going to have to plan very carefully.

Does anyone have any LCHF / Keto tips?
159.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Small blocks of cheese...salami sticks...droewors....nuts...small full cream yoghurt cups. Some of the petrol station shops also stock boiled eggs and grilled chicken pieces. Good luck!
