Still losing!! I have been moving more taking the dog for walks it is helping. I get to where I want to go but, I don't but, the dog almost forces me to go so that is a good thing :). I will just keep trudging along. Bought smaller jeans again this weekend they were a little tight but, the FIT hopefully in a few days they will be just right!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
