A good loss. Been more closely monitoring the calorie intake, under 2000 seems to be a good goal. Its difficult to accurately monitor considering how much I taste during the day but I'm not too terribly worried about 100 or so incidental calories. Keeping the macros in line is the objective and only eating till satisfied. Reduce the idle eating and random snacking...even on bacon...
236.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
