I'm really frustrated because I followed Miracle Detox for Day 3 as closely as possible (same as I did for day 2) and I gained 2 pounds. I exercised and ate NOTHING that I shouldn't have. Maybe this is why people recommend not weighing daily. Maybe I'll wait a few days before next weigh in. (I was excited yesterday that I weighed 182 on doctors'-style scale at the gym with clothes on.) Started Phase 1 today. It's going to be challenging with my jam-packed days, but following it as closely as I can is better than doing all that I used to.
