I did not have a great week but I was good enough for a loss so I am THANKFUL for that! Next week is spring break. We are going camping for 4 nights/5days. I will miss a weigh in and have to go a couple of rounds with s'mores. Y'all pray for me!
266.3 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 129.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it, IF and only if, you make a plan. Figure out your meals ahead of time and then a few (brief) smores encounters will not throw you off track.

Make sure to be active (hiking, walking, swimming?(depending where you live lol)) and those smores won't matter as much. Still watch it but remember the more active you are the more you can take in.
