eating about 2900kcal~ on a daily basis,
Training 5xweek
Cardio twice a day one session 45 minutes and the other one 30. ( except for leg day when i do only 45 minutes)
Using Clenbuterol for fatloss purpose.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week
