Wow. Upset yesterday Sat morning gained a little after long walk with Eli on sub path & eating not much.

T oday success. Lost 1.2 after having popcorn & large sprite at show. Steve gave me one if their sodas., reg I think.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
