I have found myself today eating extremly well. But I also find myself extremly hungry. I feel like I am going through withdrawl from sugar, and I feel like I want to pass out. But if I continue to stick through this I know I can make it out at my goal weight.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
