I got the overeating under control yesterday. If I had a bite of something extra I paired it with a lot of coffee, tea or water to voluminous. I'm going to add exercise and more fresh veggies and fruit today.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
